Johan is the CFO of Mistral AI.

Alan is Director, Strategy and Business Development for Rolls-Royce SMR business responsible for growth of the business covering market and customer development, creation of programme partnerships, and funding of both the new SPV company as well as the strategy for creating future deployment funding options.

Alan has been in Rolls-Royce over 22 years holding a number of roles across the company in a number of sectors including Marine, Defence, Power Systems and Corporate Strategy.

After completing a Masters Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering at Nottingham University, Alan joined Rolls-Royce on the graduate training programme in 1998. His career in Rolls-Royce has covered multiple sectors including Submarines, Marine, Corporate Strategy, and now Nuclear. Alan has also completed a Masters degree in Programme Management.

Nadine is a global executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications and enterprise technology sectors. In 2025 she was appointed Head of UK and Vodafone Group at Ericsson. Nadine joins Ericsson from SES Satellites, where she led the company's global enterprise business as Global Head of Enterprise & Cloud.

Prior to her role at SES Satellites, Nadine held various senior leadership positions at Ericsson, including Head of Enterprise Business and Strategy for Southeast Asia, India and Oceania, where she was responsible for growth businesses in 5G, Private Networks, Cloud, Security and IoT. Prior to this Nadine held roles as CEO of Ericsson Thailand and Head of Global Customer Unit Telenor group, as well as Head of Enterprise Business in Western Central Europe.

Nadine holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Warwick.

John Wernvik is Chief External Relations & Sustainability Officer at EcoDataCenter, where he leads the company’s work across sustainability, energy, public affairs, communications. He has over 15 years of experience at the intersection of sustainability, branding, and stakeholder engagement, with a strong track record in shaping narratives for complex infrastructure and technology sectors.

Anders is Videberg Kraft’s commercial interface to Rolls-Royce SMR and the forthcoming continued negotiations with the Swedish State on the finance and risk sharing model and back-end solutions. Anders also advises on supply chain strategy and interacting with relevant stakeholders in the eco system, as the link to all members in Industrikraft. Born and raised in Västerås, Anders is president of a football club and an avid golfer at Frösåker Golf & Country Club.

With over 25 years in the telecommunications industry, Mattias Fridström can be considered a veteran – but his enthusiasm hasn’t faded. Mattias combines expert knowledge with anecdotes from behind the scenes and deep insight into the networked economy: What are the challenges of tomorrow for network providers? How can we meet ever-increasing traffic demand and customer quality expectations within the same cost frame? Mattias holds an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Wollongong, Australia. Since joining Telia in 1996, he has worked in a number of senior roles within Telia Carrier / Arelion and most recently as CTO. Since July 2016 he is Arelion’s Chief Evangelist.

Rachel leads the industrial strategy work at Energy UK, looking at how the energy sector can work with commercial and industrial sectors to decarbonise, and how the energy transition can help develop UK supply chains and skills to maximise economic growth.

Rachel joined Energy UK from DESNZ where she was head of policy for the Review of Electricity Market Arrangements (REMA).

She has 20 years’ experience working across a wide range of energy and climate policy roles in regional Government, consultancy and the energy industry.

Katie is Head of Energy and Infrastructure Policy at techUK, leading work spanning energy demand and costs, grid connections, strategic planning, heat networks, and digitalisation in both energy and water. Katie joined techUK from Seahorse Environmental, where she led sustainability-centred public affairs and communications campaigns, with a focus on clean tech, renewable energy, low-carbon transport, and water regulation. Before that, she was a journalist at IJGlobal, reporting on renewable energy mergers and acquisitions.

Over 17 years of banking experience mainly across Leveraged Finance and Infrastructure Finance, working in Milan and London. Main focus areas: Energy and TMT. Currently heading the Project & Infrastructure Finance team of SEB UK

Rebecca is a partner at CMS in the Real Estate group, based in Sheffield. She has over 15 years of experience in all planning and environmental matters. She deals with contentious and non-contentious issues for investors, developers, consenting authorities, contractors and operators, particularly in the energy and climate change, real estate and digital infrastructure sectors. She focuses on derisking investment in, and development of, complex schemes through strategic advice and novel approaches to risk allocation. She has deep expertise in land assembly and CPO, environmental impact and habitats assessment, Development Consent Order applications, planning/highways agreements, energy and sustainability regulation and contaminated land. Rebecca has is also a member of the TechUK’s Data Centres Council and is involved in delivering significant policy outcomes for the UK data centre sector.
