Henrik Persson is a Managing Partner and co-founder of Sprints, a growth-stage technology investment firm whose portfolio includes Revolut, Vinted, Checkout.com, Back Market, Flightradar24 and more. Before co-founding Sprints, Henrik spent more than 11 years at Kinnevik, where he served as Head of Investments and led investments in companies such as Zalando, Rocket Internet and HelloFresh. Henrik began his career in financial journalism before moving into European TMT equity research at HSBC Securities.

Magda Lukaszewicz is a General Partner at Inventure. Based in London, she focuses on early-stage seed investments across the Nordics, Baltics, and diaspora in the UK. Prior to joining Inventure and opening the London office in March 2025, she spent six years as an investor at Balderton Capital. Selected investments include Voi, Wayve, Tibber, Lassie, Samphire Neuroscience and more. Magda began her career in investment banking at Goldman Sachs in London.

Georgia is a Principal at Atomico. Based in London, she focuses on growth-stage investments across enterprise, fintech and consumer technology. Selected investments include The Exploration Company, Neko Health, PhysicsX, Framer, TravelPerk and Mews. Prior to joining Atomico, she was an investor at Left Lane Capital and Balderton Capital. Georgia began her career in investment banking at Centerview Partners in New York and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance from Queen’s University.

Michael Labriola is a partner with Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, where he counsels public and

private technology, life sciences, and emerging growth companies through all stages of their growth.

Michael has particular experience with Wilson Sonsini’s clients across the U.S. East Coast and Europe.

He has a particular focus on supporting companies that undertake transformative events, such as

growth financings, IPOs, acquisitions, and exit sales. Michael counsels clients in matters ranging from

formation and early-stage venture financing to listings of publicly traded securities on U.S. and foreign

exchanges to seasoned public offerings and private and public company acquisitions. He also has

considerable experience in counseling publicly held companies on disclosure matters, SEC

compliance, Nasdaq and NYSE listing matters, and other securities laws issues. In addition, Michael

frequently represents investment banks, venture capital funds, and private equity firms in a broad

range of investment transactions.

Prior to his legal career, Michael was a certified public accountant in the assurance practices of Arthur

Andersen and Ernst & Young, where he audited public, private, and not-for-profit entities in several

sectors, including telecommunications and technology
